Front Office Agent
Porto Platanias Hotels & Resorts treats the Front Office as the control center of the guest experience.
A Front Office Agent does not simply process check-ins — they provide clarity, calm, and direction.
We are looking for a Front Office Agent who understands that professionalism at the desk is expressed through accuracy, composure, and consistency.
The Role
This is a guest-facing operational role.
Your responsibility is to:

support the smooth flow of guest operations
You will work within a structured Front Office team under clear supervision.
Responsibilities

Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately
-
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles

Respond to guest requests with professionalism and discretion

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell Services, and Management
-
Ensure accuracy of billing, postings, and guest records
-
Follow Front Office standards and procedures
-
Maintain a calm and professional desk presence at all times
What This Role Is NOT

Not suitable for improvisation without authorization

Not a role based on personality alone

Not a casual customer service job

Requirements

Previous Front Office or hospitality experience (preferred)

Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Basic knowledge of PMS systems (preferred)
