Night Auditor
Porto Platanias Hotels & Resorts operates around the clock.
The Night Auditor is not simply “on duty at night.” It is the guardian of accuracy, continuity, and calm when the hotel is quiet and supervision is minimal.
We are looking for a Night Auditor who understands that precision and accountability matter most when no one is watching.
The Role
This is a control and responsibility role.
Your responsibility is to:

ensure system accuracy

close the business day correctly
-
maintain order and security
-
act with judgment when issues arise
You are the hotel’s point of stability during overnight hours.
Responsibilities

Perform night audit procedures and daily financial closure
-
Ensure accuracy of postings, billing, and reports
-
Prepare and verify daily revenue and occupancy reports
-
Handle late arrivals, early departures, and guest requests
-
Monitor hotel activity and maintain overnight security awareness
-
Coordinate with security and management when required
-
Prepare handover reports for the morning shift
-
Maintain calm, professional presence throughout the night
What This Role Is NOT

Not a passive overnight position
-
Not suitable for inattentive or unstructured work styles

Not a role without decision-making responsibility
-
Not a purely administrative task

Requirements

Previous Front Office or Night Audit experience (preferred)

Basic knowledge of PMS systems and night audit procedures

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Good communication skills in English
