The Role
This is a guest-facing operational role.
Your responsibility is not just to carry luggage, but to:

guide guests calmly

support Front Office operations
-
protect the first impression of the hotel
You work in close coordination with the Front Desk and Concierge.
Responsibilities

Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
-
Escort guests to rooms and provide basic orientation
-
Support Front Office with guest flow and coordination
-
Handle guest requests with discretion and efficiency
-
Maintain order and cleanliness in entrance and lobby areas

Assist with transportation coordination when required
-
Represent the hotel with calm professionalism at all times
What This Role Is NOT

Not a casual or temporary “helper” role

Not suitable for loud, informal, or careless behavior

Not a purely physical job without guest awareness

Not a role without accountability

Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience (preferred)
