The F&B Assistant trainee supports this system through organization, accuracy, and reliability.
We are looking for an F&B Assistant who understands that good operations depend on preparation, coordination, and follow-through.
The Role
This is a supportive operational role with real responsibility.
Your role is to:

support F&B management
-
ensure information flows correctly
-
help keep operations organized and aligned
You will work closely with the F&B Manager, Service Manager, and kitchen leadership.
Responsibilities

Support daily F&B operations and administration
-
Assist in scheduling, reporting, and basic planning tasks
-
Coordinate communication between service, kitchen, and management
-
Support stock tracking, requisitions, and basic cost control tasks
-
Assist in organizing menus, standards, and operational documentation
-
Help ensure procedures are followed across outlets
-
Support audits, inspections, and internal checks when required
-
Provide reliable operational support during peak periods
What This Role Is NOT

Not a senior management role
-
Not a purely clerical or desk-only position
-
Not a role for passive execution without awareness

Not suitable for candidates who avoid responsibility

Requirements
