HR Manager
We are looking for a HR Manager who understands that effective human resources is about clarity, consistency, and difficult decisions — not slogans or soft management.
The Role
This is a leadership and responsibility role, not an administrative support function.
Your responsibility is to:

You are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, with a focus on stability and long-term performance.
Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all HR operations across the resort

Define and implement HR policies, procedures, and standards

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
-
Support department heads in people management and discipline
-
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal regulations
-
Handle employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
-
Protect company culture through clear expectations and accountability
-
Monitor staffing levels, contracts, and seasonal planning
-
Act as a trusted but firm point of reference for management

Requirements
