HR Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager who understands that effective human resources is about clarity, consistency, and difficult decisions — not slogans or soft management.


The Role

This is a leadership and responsibility role, not an administrative support function.

Your responsibility is to:

  • build clear frameworks

  • protect standards

  • enable managers to lead

  • ensure fairness through consistency

You are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, with a focus on stability and long-term performance.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all HR operations across the resort

  • Define and implement HR policies, procedures, and standards

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

  • Support department heads in people management and discipline

  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal regulations

  • Handle employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution

  • Protect company culture through clear expectations and accountability

  • Monitor staffing levels, contracts, and seasonal planning

  • Act as a trusted but firm point of reference for management


What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a purely administrative or payroll role

  • Not a “people-pleasing” position

  • Not suitable for avoiding difficult conversations

  • Not driven by trends, perks, or slogans

If you avoid structure in favor of comfort, this role is not a fit.


Requirements

Applications will be considered only from candidates who have:

  • Proven experience as HR Manager, People Manager, or HR Business Partner

  • Background in hospitality, hotels, or resort environments

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance

  • Ability to balance empathy with firmness

  • Clear communication and decision-making skills

  • Respect for hierarchy, confidentiality, and accountability
