The Sales Executive supports the hotel’s commercial growth through active client development, regular sales visits, and structured sales actions, while also providing administrative support to the Sales Department. This role manages both existing and new travel agency and corporate accounts to achieve Vincci’s commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets set by the Regional Sales Director

Actively promote the hotel and Vincci Hoteles brand in the market

Conduct regular sales visits to travel agencies and corporate clients

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up on quotations and client requests with significant revenue impact

Provide administrative support to the Sales Department: CRM updates, reporting, coordination of sales activities

Participate in trade fairs, workshops, and promotional events

Organize and support inspection visits, fam trips, and client visits

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to management
-
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, and quality standards
Candidate Profile

1–2 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably within an international hotel chain

Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
-
Knowledge of FIT, Corporate, and MICE segments
-
Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
-
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
-
Availability to travel

Excellent English; Spanish is a plus
-
PMS knowledge (PROTEL preferred); CRM knowledge is an advantage (MICROSOFT preferred)
