As a Revenue Manager, you’ll be part of the strategic engine that drives performance across the Zeus International Hotels & Resorts portfolio. You’ll turn data into direction, insights into action, and market trends into measurable growth.
Working closely with our Sales and Hotel Operations, you will shape pricing strategies, forecast demand, and help us navigate the ever-shifting hospitality landscape with clarity, confidence, and precision.
Your role blends analysis with creativity — balancing numbers, market behavior, and guest patterns to ensure each decision strengthens the Group’s commercial heartbeat.

What you’ll do
Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize performance across the Group’s hotels
Monitor demand patterns, pick-up trends, and booking pace to recommend pricing and inventory decisions
Prepare accurate short-term and long-term forecasts
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and segment performance reviews
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure aligned commercial actions
Manage distribution channels, rate structures, and availability across platforms
Support the development of revenue-related reporting, dashboards, and BI tools
Identify commercial opportunities to improve ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue per property
Evaluate campaign performance and online visibility in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams

We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Has previous experience of 4-5 years in Revenue Management in Hospitality
Is analytical, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
Is proficient in MS Excel and familiar with OTA extranets , PMS Protel , or channel management tools (Sabre Synxis, Webhotelier)
Has a good knowlegde of English
Feels comfortable interpreting data, forecasting trends, and making informed decisions
Enjoys working cross-functionally with diverse teams
