Cook A / Senior Line Cook

We are looking for a Cook A who understands that good food is the result of preparation, precision, and teamwork, not ego.
The Role
This is a hands-on senior kitchen role.
Your responsibility is not to “experiment” freely, but to:
- execute consistently
- respect recipes and standards
- support the brigade
- deliver the same level of quality, every service, every plate
You will work under the Executive Chef / Sous Chef and are expected to be a reference point for junior cooks.
Responsibilities
- Execute dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and timing
- Prepare mise en place with accuracy and foresight
- Support and guide Cook B and Commis when required
- Ensure cleanliness and order in your section at all times
- Respect food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
- Protect the kitchen’s rhythm, even under pressure
Requirements
Applications will be considered only from candidates who have:
- Proven experience as Cook A / Senior Line Cook
- Previous work in hotels, resorts, or structured kitchens
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and timing
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Respect for hierarchy, procedures, and teamwork
- Clean, organized, and professional work ethic
