Work For All is seeking a Restaurant Manager on behalf of its client, a hospitality group operating multiple high-end properties in Samos, Greece.
Scope of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of one of the group’s restaurants, ensuring exceptional service standards, team development, and memorable dining experiences. This is a full-time, seasonal position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations while ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high service standards and a guest-focused dining experience.
- Lead, train, motivate, and support the restaurant team.
- Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, and overall workflow.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation of dishes.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with cost control and inventory procedures.
- Handle guest requests and feedback, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management within luxury or lifestyle hotel environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team – building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of service standards and restaurant operations.
- Guest-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
