Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Corfu.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / HR systems
• Prepare and extend job offers in collaboration with HR & management
• Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs
• Participate in career days, job fairs, and recruitment events
• Promote employer branding and positive candidate experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS systems (Workable) and MS Office
• Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
