Position Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the brand identity and storytelling of Sandglass across all markets. This role blends strategic thinking with creative execution — ensuring that the brand is communicated consistently, powerfully, and distinctively across channels and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
- Safeguard and evolve the brand identity of Sandglass, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and differentiation across all touchpoints.
- Translate brand strategy into visual and verbal guidelines, ensuring alignment across internal teams, agencies, and partners.
- Support new project launches and rebranding initiatives (e.g., new hotels, developments).
Content & Communication
- Oversee the creation of brand narratives, corporate presentations, and promotional materials that reflect brand’s vision and tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce high-quality campaigns, brochures, websites, and video content.
- Manage storytelling and brand visibility across owned, paid, and earned channels.
- Support PR and communication activities — reviewing releases, messaging, and media kits.
Creative Direction & Visual Consistency
- Supervise the production of creative assets — including photoshoots, videos, and digital content — ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Manage creative agency relations, providing clear briefs, timelines, and feedback.
Digital & Campaign Oversight
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure digital campaigns align with brand positioning.
- Contribute to the ideation and rollout of thematic marketing campaigns.
- Oversee brand presence on websites, ensuring content accuracy and messaging alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in brand management, ideally within hospitality or luxury lifestyle sectors. - Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies across markets.
- Excellent command of English & Greek (Spanish a plus).
- Strong visual and creative sensibility with experience working with designers and agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design/content tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
