The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability while ensuring brand standards and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans focusing on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Oversee financial management by directing revenue and expense budgets, analyzing reports, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure the highest levels of guest service by personally overseeing guest interactions and addressing any concerns.
• Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff to create a high-performing team committed to excellence.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, corporate office, and other stakeholders to align hotel objectives and expectations.
• Implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the hotel’s presence and capture market share.
• Continuously monitor guest feedback and service delivery metrics to elevate the guest experience.
• Drive a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork among all employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of general management experience in luxury hotel operations, preferably within international brands.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-opening luxury or branded hotels will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in revenue management and budget forecasting.
• Outstanding leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving employee engagement.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
