Responsibilities

The Cook B will be responsible for:

Assisting in the preparation of ingredients (portioning, chopping, weighing, and storing food).
Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with recipes, company quality standards and presentation guidelines.
Ensuring adherence to all hygiene, safety and sanitation regulations.
Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper set-up of the assigned station.
Working closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a hotel environment.
Solid knowledge of cooking methods, techniques and kitchen procedures.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable attitude.
Pleasant personality with a passion for culinary excellence.
