Key Responsibilities
Guest Arrival & Experience: Orchestrate seamless check-ins and warm welcomes, ensuring guests feel valued from their first moment.
Personalized Service: Provide personalized recommendations and world-class service throughout the guest journey.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests as the heart of the role, handling inquiries and requests to create magical experiences.
Coordination: Communicate guest preferences and needs across departments to ensure a seamless and unforgettable stay.
Service Standards: Uphold the highest standards of service, contributing to holiday experiences that become lifelong memories.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in any Room Division position, preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).
- Computer Literacy and knowledge of Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio).
- Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills.
