We are actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Food & Beverage Manager.
Position Title: Group Food & Beverage Manager
Department: Operations
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: HQ + frequent travel across properties
Role Overview
The Group F&B Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing the overall Food & Beverage strategy across the Group’s portfolio of hotels/restaurants/bars. The role ensures consistent brand standards, operational excellence, profitability, and guest experience, while leading F&B teams towards innovation, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategy, Standards & Concept Development
· Develop and implement group-wide F&B strategy in alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
· Define annual F&B budgets, pricing strategy, menu guidelines, and performance KPI framework.
· Design / refresh concepts, menus, beverage programs, and signature experiences across units.
· Monitor market trends to ensure the Group remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with new culinary & guest experience directions.
Financial & Commercial Performance
· Maximize revenue and profitability through menu engineering, margin management, and cost control.
· Analyze P&L, food cost, beverage cost, payroll ratios, and take corrective actions as needed.
· Lead partnerships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, optimize procurement terms and rebates.
Operational Excellence
· Ensure compliance with Group SOPs, service standards, hygiene (HACCP) and health & safety regulations.
· Perform regular audits in properties to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
· Implement operational systems & tools that improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
People Leadership
· Recruit, coach, and develop F&B leaders (Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers)
· Establish continuous training culture – service standards, upselling techniques, mixology, wine knowledge.
· Support succession planning & talent retention across the group.
Guest Experience
· Champion guest-centric culture in all F&B touchpoints (fine dining, casual dining, bars, banqueting, events).
· Create and monitor guest feedback mechanisms (surveys, reviews analysis).
