We are actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Sales Manager on behalf of AIROTEL.

Airotel Group is a Greek Hotel Chain, created in 1984 and as per today it owns and manages 6 four-star hotels with a total number of 545 rooms in Athens, Patras and Kavala. Our company is currently in pursuit of a highly motivated Digital Sales Manager. The position is based all year round in Athens.

The Digital Sales Manager position is reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for the Digital Sales and the Online performance of all our properties, contributing to maximizing the occupancy rate and the revenue from online sources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implementing the annual E-Commerce budget and action plan and perform a quarterly forecast
  • Responsible for loading of all rates, special offers and content across online channels
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to promote through the online channels all necessary content
  • Providing tracking, analysis, and reporting on the effectiveness of all e-programs: promotions
  • Maximizing performance on all online channels (Direct & OTAs) Increase turnover, conversion rates, number of bookings, etc.
  • Monitoring website and BE performance (traffic, unique visitors, nationality trends, etc.)
  • Applying best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth
  • Monitoring and analyzing online marketing trends
  • Liaising with Sales Managers for Online Campaigns and Special Offers and initiating relevant actions
  • Feeding the Sales & Marketing team with a variety of on-line statistics regarding booking trends and patterns on nationalities and visitation

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Online Sales in hotels
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Ads & Analytics, OTA channels and relevant hotel PMS (Preferably Protel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
