Position Description
Doryssa Seaside Resort is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the property in Samos. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, managing departmental performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency across all hotel operations. This is a full-time, seasonal position.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring adherence to brand standards and service excellence
- Coordinate and optimize workflows between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other operational units
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all properties
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Implement process improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Handle guest feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and timely resolution
- Support the General Manager in strategic planning, resource allocation, and departmental coordination
- Maintain a visible presence across all properties to ensure high service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management (MBA is an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in multi-property or luxury/lifestyle settings
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams toward operational excellence
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
