Job requirements
  • Experience in luxury hotel or guest-facing role.
  • Strong guest service, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • English fluency, Greek preferred (additional languages a plus).
  • Valid driving license, safe, confident buggy/vehicle handling.
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional, courteous manner.
  • Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job responsibilities
  • Receive clear handovers and review pending issues, note open items for the next shift.
  • Replenish stations and ensure readiness for current and next shift.
  • Check daily hotel status and support with timely luggage assistance for check ins, check outs and general transportation on premises.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the entrance and luggage room, complete required checklists.
  • Check buggies are recharged and washed as needed, report maintenance issues.
  • Deliver newspapers/envelopes to rooms when required.
  • Check politely with guests at the entrance and ensure your presence is always at the gate for a warm welcome.
  • Escalate maintenance, safety, or guest issues promptly to the Concierge/Front Office leadership.
