• Certified Personal Trainer. 
• Certifications in Pilates (Mat & Reformer).
• Certifications in Yoga (Vinyasa or Hatha or Ashtanga etc).
• Fluent in English additional languages are an asset.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification are a plus. 
• Εxperience leading outdoor fitness activities such as hiking is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fitness principles, anatomy, and injury prevention techniques.
• Experience in a luxury resort or high-end fitness environment is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to adapt fitness programs for a wide variety of guests with diverse needs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized fitness environment and assist in general gym upkeep.

• Personal Training: Lead private, one-on-one fitness sessions, tailoring workouts and organized them to meet the unique goals and fitness levels of each guest.
• Group Classes: Teach Pilates and Yoga classes for individuals or small groups, ensuring a balance of dynamic, restorative, and mindful movements suitable for a wide range of participants.
• Outdoor Fitness Activities: Guide guests on scenic, energizing hikes through Santorini’s unique landscapes, ensuring both safety and an enriching experience.
• Facility Overseeing: Ensure that the fitness center is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary equipment. Regularly sanitize all gym equipment and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring they have positive, engaging experience in the gym and wellness spaces.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the resort’s spa and wellness team to offer a cohesive, integrated wellness experience. Assist with wellness programs, workshops, and other special guest events as needed.
• General Support: Cooperate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the resort’s wellness offerings.
