Requirements

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcomed.
• Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by anticipating the services they might require.
• Be a source of information to guests and promote hotel’s services and facilities or local unique experiences.
• Accommodate general and unique requests.
• Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests.
• Build a long-term relationship with the clients.
• Excellent cooperation with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
• At least 2 years of previous service in a corresponding position in 5-star hotels.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Very good knowledge of German or/and French language and proven oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Previous service in customer service departments.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and communicative personality eager to be part of a growing team and focus on clients' high-quality service.
• Ability to communicate pleasantly with guests.
• Organizational skills, team spirit and cooperation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations.
• Please note that Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.
