 Requirements

• Warmly greet guests, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and address their queries and requests proactively and effectively.
• Act as a cashier, receive payments and provide guests with invoices and billing information.
• Keep accurate guest records and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Communicate clearly with guests and ensure proper communication is transferred across all departments.
• Upsell to increase sales & maximize the resort’s revenue potential.

Skills and qualifications

• This role generally requires a relevant degree in Hotel/Tourism.
• Previous similar experience in a luxury hospitality environment is essential.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages such as German or French will be considered a plus.
• Excellent problem- resolution skills and ability to quickly work around different solutions are critical success factors for this role.
• Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
• Please note that OPERA PMS knowledge is a plus.
