 Requirements

• Conduct on-the-job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety.
• Contribute to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Deal with guests & answering any questions regarding wine list.
• Assist with the wine list development.
• Maintain the wine list to be up to date & free of errors.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Wine knowledge (accreditation / certificate)
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
• Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments)
• Organizational and hosting skills
