Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial position in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent command in both English and Greek, with additional languages enhancing your profile.
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems like Opera or Fidelio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire.
- Curating guest experiences through problem-solving and a customer-oriented approach.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A polished, professional appearance in line with our luxury brand standards.
- Experienced in gracefully addressing guest concerns and turning challenges into opportunities.
