Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial position in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent command in both English and Greek, with additional languages enhancing your profile.
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems like Opera or Fidelio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire.
• Curating guest experiences through problem-solving and a customer-oriented approach.
• A collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A polished, professional appearance in line with our luxury brand standards.
• Experienced in gracefully addressing guest concerns and turning challenges into opportunities.
