Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3–5 years in a professional kitchen in a similar position (Sous Chef, CDP)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek, Mediterranean, and International cuisine.
- Strong team spirit, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured and demanding kitchen environment.
- Culinary arts degree (preferred).
