Sales Executive
Responsible for the daily operation and performance of the Sales Department, ensuring revenue goals are achieved while delivering exceptional guest service and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that boost occupancy and revenue.
- Build long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Represent our hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to craft irresistible packages and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects our hotel’s commitment to excellence
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring smooth booking experiences and promoting hotel services and upgrades.

Monitor and respond to guest feedback on review platforms (TripAdvisor, Booking.com) in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Reservations, ideally in 3*- 4* properties.

Proven experience in handling Group contracts and B2B accounts.

Knowledge of PMS systems (preferably Hotelizer) and channel management tools.

Excellent command of English & Greek; additional language is a plus.

Strong sales orientation, customer service mindset, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
