Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We are looking for experienced and talented individuals as Pastry Cooks to join the award-winning 5* Atlantica Imperial in Rhodes Island for the 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute pastry recipes accurately,
• Work on the presentation of pastries, paying attention to the visual appeal of the final product.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to create and update dessert menus, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Ensure the pastry section adheres to all safety and health regulations
• Identify staffing needs, and train new pastry assistants and bakers when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, or relevant field
• Strong sense of culinary creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation standards
• Familiarity with a range of baking and other kitchen equipment
• Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork
