Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of doughs, creams, desserts, chocolate decoration; expertise in handcrafted chocolates
• Strong creativity and ability to produce premium, high-quality products
• Organization skills, cleanliness, speed and professionalism
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of HACCP and proper storage of perishable ingredients
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts
