Role Overview

The Guest Experience Agent welcomes guests and always provides administrative assistance. They work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution

Key Accountabilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout their stay.
  • Greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in, and providing them with necessary information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Anticipating guest needs and offering personalized recommendations, services, and solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Handling guest complaints, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Communicating effectively with other hotel departments, ensuring that guest preferences and requests are communicated and met efficiently.
  • Coordinating with the concierge, housekeeping, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a memorable guest experience.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to guests.
  • Supporting the front desk and reservations teams by assisting with check-out, billing issues, and providing additional services as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or in a relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
  • Proficient knowledge of PMS (preferably Opera) and the Microsoft Office

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and complain handling skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Pleasant personality, customer oriented
