Hotel Manager
with excellent people management skills and high level of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures implementation of LHW brand standards by all employees.
- Interacts daily with guests, answers requests, handles complaints.
- Inspects all assigned rooms daily for cleanliness.
- Monitors budget, expenses and payroll.
- Supports and works with all Heads of Department in all aspects of running the hotel.
- Welcomes all guests and escorts them to their rooms
- Conducts daily briefings with heads of department
- Inspects all departments for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & company culture.
- Monitors the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
- Monitors the competition and adapts rates and services accordingly.
- Organizes events, parties etc. for maximizing revenue
- Set hotel’s products and services in compliance to law and all safety procedures
- Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
To be successful in this role, your experience should include:
- 3+ years’ experience in similar role at a resort hotel with stable and consistent record of service.
- Candidates with previous experience in similar position with international hotel chains will be preferred.
- University Degree in Hospitality or similar.
- Knowledge of the related legal framework of hotel operations.
- Preferably should have background in F&B / Rooms Division
- Greek speaker and fluency in English.
- Be able to relocate to Mykonos.
