The Role
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the smooth operation of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet Daios Cove’s high culinary standards. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to maintain quality, consistency, and food safety across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items in your section to the highest standards.
- Ensure all food preparation is completed on time and in line with recipes and specifications.
- Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the workstation and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position within a 4* or 5* hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Solid understanding of modern cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for culinary excellence.
- Good command of English
