The Role
As Pastry Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Pastry Chef in leading the pastry team to deliver outstanding desserts and bakery items across all outlets of the resort. You will oversee daily production, ensure consistency and quality, and inspire your team to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the pastry and bakery sections.
• Support the Executive Pastry Chef in menu development and recipe creation.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and cost control within your section.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Pastry Sous Chef in a 5* hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, breads, and chocolate work.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Creativity, precision, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Team spirit, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Very good command of English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an asset.
