Following a complete redesign, our brand-new Kēpos by Goco delivers an unparalleled sensory experience combining a holistic approach to health with innovative technology. Wellness rituals feature luxury brands 111SKIN and [comfort zone] as well as bespoke fitness by BXR London, all delivered in a 2,500 sqm tranquil sanctuary with uninterrupted views across the bay. The Wellness Nurse plays a key role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medical and integrative therapies, supporting the Wellness Doctor, and maintaining the highest standards of guest care, hygiene, and operational excellence.

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

In your department:

• Provide professional nursing assistance to the Wellness Doctor during all medical therapies and wellness procedures.
• Perform safe and accurate Intravenous (IV) line placements and monitor guests throughout IV therapies and other medical treatments.
• Prepare and set up treatment rooms for all medical therapies according to established protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all medical equipment, devices, and materials are properly disinfected, stored, and maintained in safe working conditions.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of medical supplies, request replenishments, and ensure proper documentation and logging.
• Obtain basic medical history and update records as required, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to safety procedures.
• Monitor guests’ comfort, safety, and response during therapies, immediately reporting any concerns to the Wellness Doctor.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and discreet service at all times, ensuring a high standard of guest care.
• Keep all wellness medical areas, equipment, and treatment rooms clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
• Stay informed and able to recommend wellness programs, treatments, and pertinent hotel information tailored to guests’ needs.

Ideal Candidate qualifications and Skills:

• A relevant Nursing degree
• Proven competency in Intravenous (IV) line placement, monitoring, and general clinical skills.
• Experience in hospitality or a luxury spa environment is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• A strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and confidence.

Physical and Schedule Demands:

• Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines during peak periods
• Undertake tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Wellness Director and Wellness Doctor
• Weekend, evening, and public holiday availability required
