The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of one of our signature restaurants. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with genuine hospitality, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day supervision of the restaurant team.
- Ensure smooth service operations and adherence to Daios Cove’s service standards.
- Assist in staff training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
- Welcome guests, manage reservations, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and daily reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Head Waiter, or Supervisor in a 5* hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-oriented approach.
- Excellent understanding of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
