In a nutshell:

This job is responsible for making the very first good impression on guests at Daios Cove. So, if you think that’s a less important role compared to others – you are wrong!  The position is part of the Front Office team, which is a critical team for our guests’ experience, as they are the main point of contact for guests, turning their everyday moments into exceptional memories. 

In your department:

• Checks the arrival list for guests 
• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
• Tag baggage it and return the identification slips to guests.
• Assists guests with luggage to the front desk.
• Escorts guests to room, placing luggage in room assigned by front desk.
• Delivers messages, packages, envelopes etc. to guests rooms.
• Ensure safe storage of guest luggage
• Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, car, or taxi after reconfirming with the guest.
• Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful information service.
• Perform any other works as and when assigned by the management

Skills and Qualifications to help you go beyond your role:

• Previous similar experience in a luxury hospitality environment is helpful.
• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
• Valid driving license is considered an asset.
• Excellent problem- resolution skills and ability to quickly work around different solutions, are critical success factors for this role.
• Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to change
