Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We are looking for an experienced and talented individual as an Operations Manager to join the award-winning Atlantica Princess in Ialyssos, Rhodes island for the season 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse staff team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Food & Beverage oriented and minimum 3 years of experience in this position
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
