Requirements

• Experience in a similar position in a hotel environment/ restaurant
• Experience in leading teams in a high volume destination restaurant, required
• Experience in leading teams in a pool bar environment, desirable
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven ability to train, develop and lead a team of people.
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and implement a brief.
• Have superb time management skills, effective communication with customers and team.
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered as an asset.
