We are recruiting for the 2026 season: Restaurant Waiter/Waitress A’

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
• Deliver exceptional service, actively seek guest feedback, and ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and appearance; comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Organize opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, ensuring adequate mise en place and readiness before guest arrival.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including food, ingredients, and beverages.
• Advise guests on suitable food and drink pairings upon request.
• Present a polished and professional image at all times.
• Foster a positive and pleasant atmosphere with guests and team members alike.
• Promptly communicate any issues, challenges, or guest complaints to the Restaurant Manager.

Job-Related Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience with POS systems, preferably Micros.
• Extensive knowledge of wines is an asset.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive.
