General Manager — Luxury Wellness & Medical Destination Spa in Greece

Euphoria Retreat, is a globally recognized and multi awarded (among others CNT Readers Choice Awards and Michelin Key) Holistic Destination Spa in Greece, situated outside Sparta in Mystras in southern Peloponnese. A sanctuary dedicated to transformative health, rejuvenation, and mindful luxury, with 45 luxury rooms and a 3.000sqm Spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all departments to ensure seamless daily operations and the highest guest satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost management, demonstrating strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team, cultivating a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.
• Drive business growth and sales, market awareness, and effective execution of strategic goals.
• Monitor performance indicators and take proactive measures when targets are not achieved, implementing creative solutions to enhance revenue and optimize costs.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest relations, wellness integration, and brand representation.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a 5-star luxury resort.
• Strong financial, communication and operational management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Wellness interest and experience is considered as a strong asset.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance vision with practical execution.
• Empathetic, flexible, and kind-hearted, with a genuine passion for guest care and team empowerment.
• Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement both short- and long-term business strategies and review financial results.
• Maintain strong employee relations through integrity, communication, and leading by example.
• Uphold and monitor SOPs and company policies, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Greek language is a strong preference
• EU work license necessity.
• Good academic background & experience abroad will be considered as an additional asset.
