About the job

Based at the Athens Offices of Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Reservations Department, the Reservations Agent interacts with guests daily, helping them to book rooms and providing information about local attractions and services, answers phone calls and assists other colleagues as needed. The Reservations Agent reports to the Director of Revenue & Reservations.

As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Handle guest communication (phone and email) professionally, identifying needs and offering suitable options.
• Verify reservation details and ensure confirmations are sent within 24 hours with accurate information.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of room types, rates, and hotel offerings while completing administrative duties in line with SOPs.
• Accurately inputs and manages reservations in the PMS system.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments (e.g., Sales, Housekeeping, Front Desk) to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to reservations, rates, upgrades, and commissions.

As Reservations Agent, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.
• Working experience in Reservations or Customer Services will be considered as a plus.
• Fluency in English. Greek or any other additional language will be considered as a plus.
• Degree in Hospitality Management will be considered as a plus.
• Availability to work in rolling shifts.
• Flexibility to work in Costa Navarino, Pylos, when necessary.
