As the General Manager for our Mykonos property, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in one of the most sought-after destinations in the world. Your mission will be to ensure the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence while driving the financial performance of the hotel. You will embody the spirit of Mykonos, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests, while fostering a vibrant and supportive environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and effective performance across all departments.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, and the P&L, focusing on revenue generation and cost control.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, establishing a culture of excellence, teamwork, and dedication to guest satisfaction.
  • Enhance the guest experience through innovative service offerings and personalized guest engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and the community to enhance the hotel’s presence and reputation.
  • Utilize guest feedback and performance metrics to develop action plans for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Exceptional financial acumen with solid experience in budget management and revenue optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to developing and retaining talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek is a distinct advantage.
  • Keen understanding of Mykonos culture and hospitality trends.
  • Adaptable, creative, and strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of hotel marketing principles and online reputation management.
  • Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
