Responsibilities:

Coordinate all event logistics and details

Serve as the main point of contact for clients before and during events

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution

Prepare and distribute event documentation (BEOs, schedules, reports)

Maintain accurate records of correspondence

Update system accurately
Requirements:

Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication in Greek & English

Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
