Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como aims to be one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe, representing the true Italian elegance and understated luxury experience for a global clientele. Located on the stunning shores of Lake Como, our resort combines natural beauty, contemporary design, and the legendary service of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

We are currently seeking a Bellman / Facchino to join our passionate Front Office team for the 2026 season.

Main Responsibilities

· Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

· Open car doors, handle luggage with care, and provide courteous service at all times.

· Deliver luggage to guest rooms upon check-in and collect it upon check-out.

· Safely handle, store, and retrieve guest items and baggage.

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the driveway and hotel entrance.

· Park guests’ vehicles safely in the designated parking areas.

· Review arrival and departure reports to anticipate guest needs.

· Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, and in-room features.

· Uphold Mandarin Oriental’s Legendary Quality Experience standards in all interactions.

· Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management.

Requirements

Mandatory

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.

· Excellent command of English (spoken and understood).

· Strong guest service attitude and professional appearance.

· Ability to exert physical effort and handle luggage safely.

· Team-oriented, proactive, and courteous demeanor.

· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Desirable

· Valid driving license.

· Knowledge of the Lake Como area and transportation routes.

· Previous international experience in luxury hospitality.
