Key Responsibilities
Guest Assistance: Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Transport: Safely escort guests and their belongings to rooms or vehicles as needed.
Information: Provide guests with basic hotel information, directions, and local area tips.
Lobby Support: Keep the lobby and entrance area tidy and assist with opening doors or calling taxis.
Coordination: Communicate guest requests to Front Office and other departments promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or golf club environment.
- Good command of English (verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Valid European or international driving license (required).
- Basic mechanical awareness is a plus.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude.
