We are looking for fluent Italian-speaking Setup Specialists to join our Setup Team in our offices in Athens.
This role requires excellent communication skills in Italian (fluent/native level), as you will be in daily contact with Italian-speaking clients - mainly hoteliers and accommodation providers - guiding them through the setup process of our products. Strong command of Greek and English is also required. As part of the Setup Team, you will play a key role in ensuring that new clients have a smooth and efficient start with our products. You will help them configure their accounts, train them on system functionality, and make sure they are ready to use our tools confidently and successfully. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, organized, and proactive communicators who enjoy helping people and can translate technical processes into simple, user-friendly guidance.
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level proficiency in Italian (mandatory).
- Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a client onboarding, implementation, or customer success role.
- Background in tourism or technology—through studies or hotel work—is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfort with modern digital tools and CRM systems.
- A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and setup process of our platform.
- Configure system settings, mappings, and integrations according to each client’s needs.
- Conduct personalized online training sessions and product walkthroughs in Italian.
- Ensure a seamless transition from setup to active usage, supporting clients during their first steps.
- Collaborate closely with the Support, Sales, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to improve onboarding workflows and product usability.
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and milestones.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends in travel technology.
