Reservations & Sales Executive

Responsible for the daily operation and performance of the Reservations Department, ensuring revenue goals are achieved while delivering exceptional guest service and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all reservation procedures to optimize room sales and occupancy.

  • Handle individual, group, and corporate reservations ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

  • Prepare and manage group quotations and contracts, liaising with partners and tour operators.

  • Implement pricing and yielding strategies in alignment with the hotel’s revenue plan.

  • Maintain and update rates, availability, and content across all booking channels (PMS, IDS, official website).

  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring smooth booking experiences and promoting hotel services and upgrades.

  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback on review platforms (TripAdvisor, Booking.com) in a professional and brand-aligned manner.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations or Sales, ideally in 3*- 4* properties.

  • Proven experience in handling Group contracts and B2B accounts.

  • Knowledge of PMS systems (preferably PYLON) and channel management tools.

  • Excellent command of English & Greek; additional language is a plus.

  • Strong sales orientation, customer service mindset, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
