Reservations & Sales Executive
Responsible for the daily operation and performance of the Reservations Department, ensuring revenue goals are achieved while delivering exceptional guest service and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor all reservation procedures to optimize room sales and occupancy.

Handle individual, group, and corporate reservations ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Prepare and manage group quotations and contracts, liaising with partners and tour operators.

Implement pricing and yielding strategies in alignment with the hotel’s revenue plan.

Maintain and update rates, availability, and content across all booking channels (PMS, IDS, official website).

Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring smooth booking experiences and promoting hotel services and upgrades.

Monitor and respond to guest feedback on review platforms (TripAdvisor, Booking.com) in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations or Sales, ideally in 3*- 4* properties.

Proven experience in handling Group contracts and B2B accounts.

Knowledge of PMS systems (preferably PYLON) and channel management tools.

Excellent command of English & Greek; additional language is a plus.

Strong sales orientation, customer service mindset, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
