We are looking for ALBANIA HOTEL CONTRACTING MANAGER
Your Role:
- Take charge of our business in Albania, Croatia, and Montenegro, nurturing them into key destinations for our company.
- Spend 25% of your time traveling to build new collaborations with hotel partners and establish strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals, delivering them to our clients, major European, and US Online Travel Agencies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the best deals for our clients.
- Resolve any issues with suppliers and internal operations swiftly and effectively.

Your Skills:
- Strong understanding of Albanian tourism and culture.
- Curiosity to understand the needs of our partners and communicate our value effectively.

Your Experience:
- At least 2 years in sales or purchasing, with a background in tourism being a bonus.
What We Offer:
Local contract
This is a full-time position under a local employment contract in Greece. The position offers stable, long-term collaboration within an international company.
Compensation Package
- Base salary: € 1,200 net/month
- Performance bonus: €360 net/month (and above) at 100% target achievement. Results above target (e.g. 120–150%) are regularly reached and rewarded accordingly.
It’s a true performance-driven role where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8h per day.
Please note that, as we operate in the tourism industry, we have a blackout period from June 15th to August 15th, during which no long holidays can be taken.
This is our peak operational season, and team presence is essential to ensure smooth delivery for our partners and clients.
