Operations Manager

for the renowned Porto Carras, a luxurious resort in Greece.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability. This role is key in maintaining the high standards expected at Porto Carras.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and its services to assess quality and performance.
• Manage budgets and financial reports to maximize profitability and ensure sustainability.
• Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and development among staff.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, enhancing guest relationships.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in hospitality, preferably in a resort setting.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver strong financial performance.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
