We are looking for fluent Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our Customer Support Team in our offices located in Athens, Thessaloniki & Rhodes.
This role requires excellent communication skills in Italian (fluent/native level), as you will be in daily contact with Italian-speaking clients. Strong command of Greek and English is also required. You will play a key role in providing first-class support and engagement to our clients -hoteliers and accommodation providers- helping them use our products efficiently and effectively. Ideal candidates are customer-centric, courteous, positive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Respond to clients’ questions and requests through web-based tools, chat, and phone calls.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in Italian with native-speaking clients.
- Capture customer feedback and generate tickets for actions, improvements, or bugs.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations, when needed.
- Assist in the development and optimization of customer engagement processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with international customer support trends in the travel tech industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and meet performance targets.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent/native-level proficiency in Italian (mandatory).
- Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
- A background in tourism or technology—through studies or hotel work—is helpful, but not required; we provide full training.
- Very good computer skills and comfort with modern digital tools.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and an organised approach to work.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to grow within a tech-focused environment.
