Back of House Manager - Mar-Bella Collection (Season 2026)

The Back of House Manager will lead the Back of House Support Center — the communication and coordination hub of the resort — ensuring that all guest requests, internal service flows, and digital communications are handled promptly, efficiently, and consistently across departments. Acting as the bridge between guests, operational teams, and management, the Back of House Manager will oversee a team of service coordinators who facilitate excellence behind the scenes, driving the resort’s vision for seamless, guest-centric operations.

Responsibilities

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations or a guest service coordination role; previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Contact Center leadership preferred.

· Proven ability to manage a team and foster collaboration across multiple departments.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in workflow management and service tracking systems

· Exceptional communication skills, fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are an asset).

· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.

· High level of technological literacy and adaptability to new systems or digital tools.

· Strong customer focus combined with operational discipline and follow-through.

· Positive leadership style, capable of inspiring a service culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
