Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and professional Night Auditor to join our front office team at Bellen Athens Hotel.

As the overnight representative of the hotel, you will ensure smooth late-night operations, provide outstanding guest service, and perform the daily financial and administrative audits that keep our hotel running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during night hours with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals and early departures.
• Perform nightly reconciliation and audit of hotel transactions.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure accuracy of all front office and accounting records.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Monitor property security and safety throughout the night.
• Communicate important information to the morning team for smooth operational handover.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, PMS/reservation systems).
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed during overnight shifts.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
